Neighborhood Wellness . . .
This Association cooperates with the Town building inspectors' department to
help improve our quality of living. Neighborhood Wellness is a
state of livability wherein housing is decent, safe, and
affordable; private yards and public spaces are well
maintained; crime is low; streets and other public facilities
are in sound condition; and residents are active in
neighborhood affairs.
It is the intent of the TPHA thru its
Mobile Citizen Patrol to make our community a safe, healthy,
vibrant and worth-while place to live. Our Members volunteer
their time to insure that neighborhoods like Town Park, Pine
Hill, Cleveland Hill, and Walden are great places to raise
young families.
